Amanda Geary, OD Dr. Geary graduated from the Southern College of Optometry, in Memphis, TN, in 2015. She is also a University of Central Florida grad. She is active in her community and served on the Pinellas Optometric Association for six consecutive years, including most recently as President. Dr. Geary is available for routine eye care including glasses exams and the fitting of all contact lenses. She is also skilled in medical optometry, including the diagnosis, management, and treatment of ocular disease and infection such as red eye, conjunctivitis, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy and more.
Dr. Geary is a mother of two toddlers, and a dog mom of one. She spends much of her time with family, and enjoys being outdoors in the beautiful St. Pete sunshine, traveling to new places, and anything with live music or sports. Dr. Geary would love to be trusted with your vision.
Matthew Pennel, LDO Matthew is a licensed optician with 15 years of experience working in patient care and optical dispensing. He enjoys helping people find the perfect fit for their daily wear, or the frame that ties your outfit together for a special occasion. He loves color in eyeglasses and will have many recommendations for styles and colors that will look great on you.
When it comes to your vision through those glasses, you’ll find him to be quite knowledgeable and adept at making recommendations based on your particular visual needs, taking pride in getting you the very best quality of vision. He’s very experienced at frame adjustment and repair and will be happy to take a look at any of your glasses, whether they’ve been through the wringer or just have normal wear and tear. He will always take great care in performing the correct adjustments to give you the most comfort and stability with your eyeglasses, whether they are new or old.
Tommy Dao Tommy is a Florida native who is currently attending the University of South Florida for Marketing. He is skilled in assisting patients with their exam experience from start to finish and operates the pretesting equipment to assure each patient has the data they need for the most thorough ocular examination.
In his free time, Tommy enjoys gaming and traveling.
Orfania Neal Orfania recently moved from Northern Virginia to Florida this year. As someone who has had to wear glasses since a very young age, she loves working in optometry and helping others with their vision needs.
During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 4-year-old daughter. Orfania also loves cooking, going on nature walks and watching her favorite tv shows.
